#2:  Unique value proposition is condensed and quickly summarizes the strengths of the candidate.  The reality is that the readers eyes gravitate to the bold titles.

#3:  Key highlights celebrate the exceptional results that the client delivered; quantified real-world results with strong verb tenses.  This is where you ‘hook’ them!
